"My wife and I spent 3 nights in July 2024. On property parking is a definite perk. The my wife and I fell in love with St. Francis as soon as we arrived. Beautiful courtyard and quaint inn. The breakfast was good and coffee was also great and always available. Everyone was so nice and helpful with directions and ideas of what to do for our first visit to St. Augustine. A heads up… it’s really hot in the summer obviously but the gnats love to harass you just about anywhere you go in St....

"Marion Motor Lodge is a great location for downtown St. Augustine. Over all it was a good stay. The normal gripes of paper thin walls and hearing the people next door are there. A dated, older building. The only big issue we had was the A/C is located around a partition wall that leads to the bathroom. So the main room doesn't get much cooling/heating from the A/C. The other issue was the bathroom window. It was a very old crank style panel window. It provided zero insulation from the outside...

"We had such a great time here! Very quiet and quaint B&B but still close to downtown and walking distance to most places in St. Augustine! Food was amazing and so was the staff! Would recommend this to any couple or group of friends wanting a refreshing getaway to recharge! Social hour was an unexpected touch and the breakfast each morning made us feel almost like an all inclusive. "

"Wow wow wow. I was not expecting all that we received. This hotel is now on the top of the list for favorite hotel. It was clean, directly in the middle of everything, super safe and extremely clean. When I travel I always have Bleach & Lysol ... this was the first hotel that I only cleaned the toilet (and that's only because I have OCD). The staff was unreal. Two lovely ladies waited late for us to arrive, came outside to find us and escorted us to the room. Normally employees are ready to go...
