"This property is a perfect location. One block from the beach & lots of bars & restaurants. It was very comfortable & well equipped. The only thing i would say that needs help are the bed pillows which were flat. Otherwise it’s great!"

" Two bedroom two and a half bath gave us lots of room to spread out and have privacy. Townhouse seemed newly renovated and everything in good shape. Check in easy and courteous. Ample parking right by townhouse. Pleasant nautical decor but not fussy. Everything we needed for cooking Christmas Eve dinner. Easy eight minute walk to beach with no need to go on streets. We would definitely return!"

"I absolutely loved this stay. Its a great location, close to all the attractions of St. Augustine. We stayed for "Night of lights" and it was a perfect distance from downtown. The only issue we had, and it wasnt even an issue with the unit itself, but more like user error, was the fact that we didnt know the AC was controlled via remote. We were trying to adjust the temperature from wall monitor, and the AC wouldnt run for a while for us. The property manager was prompt in their responses, and...
