St. Ann's Bay Vacation Packages

Very impressive and well kept property in a quiet gated community. We did not have a car, so organizing transportation was challenging, but the grocery store is only a 20 minute walk away (for those who enjoy walking). I did not rate it 5 stars because it was difficult to communicate with the property managers in advance. They finally contacted me the day before check in, and it was not obvious that I needed to pay a balance and deposit in cash US dollars upon arrival (most places accept credit card). We worked it out, but it did add a layer of unnecessary stress - they could have simply sent a message with the balance and instructions after booking so that travellers could be better prepared.

All staff were professional, courteous and friendly. They all went out of their way to grant your requests. The ambience is very nice. The electrical outlets on the patio didn't always work. Had to be creative in getting plugs to stay in. They also need to upgrade from 110v to 220v. Just kidding, but they should have something for travelers from Europe. Internet service was pretty good. Everyone in my group were pleased and would return. The tour setup for us by the manager was fun!!!! Good people, fantastic accommodations. Recommended...

The stay here was amazing. We had a few bumps with the drilling outside our room. It went on for about 2 of the 5 days we stayed there. The first night we called down about 5-6 time to get it under control so much so that we had to go down to the front desk because calling was not helping. They ended up upgrading us to Privilege guest. The next day it happened again and they ended up giving us a free spa day. Other than that, the staff were amazing. One in particular her name is Shanice she was a great help. She works in guest services so if you see her just know you’re in great hands. The food is chefs kiss at majority of the restaurants. The beach was beautiful. The pools were great. The water is ICE COLD!!! But once you’re in it it’s good. If you drink top shelf make sure you book a privilege room. Otherwise you will only be allowed to drink from the middle shelf. Also, if you aren’t a privileged guest you cannot eat at certain restaurants and you will need to book reservations for certain restaurants as well. For my first time in Jamaica this was a good choice minus the little hiccup.
