"A hidden gem that is spacious inside and out. Enjoyed the stay. It would help if they had a welcome folder since there is no internet without wifi and no folder with the wifi password. Lucky we were going out and we're able to access the internet so we could get the wifi password. Well stocked with everything you would need. "

"It was a cool and wet weekend near Ellicottville for what turned out to be a great day of skiing for us. This property was fully suitable for cozy evenings inside in the winter; board games, a decent pool table, Pac-Man (!), space to be together — or apart, and comfortable beds for everyone.
