"We had such a great time and a wonderful stay at the Lake House in Marshall, Michigan. The home has stunning unobstructed views of a lake and you really can't see any other homes. "We actually came in after being displaced. The owner, Dean, was prompt in every reply or question we had, and had no issues at all with us bringing odder pets than cats and dogs. (A small parrot breed and a reptile terrarium.) "It's hard to know where to begin and describing the terribleness of this property. Run down,beat up ,cracked windows, there was no sign of any goats either. The back porch was covered in garbage that some raccoon had gotten into. That and it's right next to the highway so it's really loud. And the water smelled like rotten eggs. Needless to say whatever you do don't stay at this place it's a dump. Needless to say whatever you do don't stay at this place it's a dump"

"Loved this property. From the moment we walked into the door this place was so clean and well decorated. The view of the lake was beautiful. I rented this place for a weekend to go to the MIS Christmas lights and we totally enjoyed ourselves. We had a total of six in our party, four adults and two children. There was enough room for everyone to enjoy ourselves. This house is laid out so nice. I would definitely rent this home again. Thank you for renting your home to us."

"We had 6 adults, aged 22- 53 stay at the house. It was clean and you can tell Germaine put a lot of thought into it. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. We really appreciated the nice towels, for the shower as well as the hot tub! Numerous members of the group commented on how awesome the first floor shower was! Only about 10 minutes from MSU! Would definitely stay there again! Thanks again!"
