"This house was perfect for our visit to Bardstown! Very convenient location to multiple distilleries and downtown. Everything was exactly as expected and we arrived to a very well stocked and perfectly clean house. The owner even left us a special surprise (fresh eggs) that we very much appreciated for breakfast!The beds were very comfortable as well. We also loved the design touches (including the artwork) throughout the house ... it truly showed how much the owner cares about this...

However the home was very nice and the little touches, like a basket a snacks, stocked bathroom supplies made the stay very enjoyable.The owners go above and beyond to make it feel homey unlike most rentals we have used."

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Guest House. The hosts' dog Doobie was an excellent greeter! The 1 bedroom Guest House was the perfect size and in a great location for our distillery tour vacation. Just blocks off the main streets in Bardstown, we were close to all our favorite spots but avoided the noise. The kitchen with full sized appliances was great for an extended weekend trip."

Everyone had their own, comfortable room (four adult men), the common areas were great, and it was conveniently located near all of the local distilleries and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a great meal, and even had sharp knives which is rare! "Very nice place in a good location close to Bardstown. Very clean, homey. Beds were a bit too firm for our liking. Some things needed attention - outlet in bathroom did not always work, stairs had no handrail, clocks on walls were not working, would have helped to have some nightlights - very dark! Would have been nice to have a lightbulb working above stove and some dim lights for kitchen. Extra bathroom is very small, far from bedroom. Attention to a few details would make this rating higher,...
