"We were so impressed with the property. It was everything that the photos showed. The short walk to the beach was awesome and we enjoyed daily morning walks along the boardwalk. "I love this little beach house. We have stayed there the last 2 summers for a week. It steps away from the beach and close to Belmont Park. I love that the family could come and go as we pleased because it was so close to things- sometimes doing things together and sometimes apart. We had a fun and relaxing time. I was hoping to book again this summer but it looks to be blocked with grey. Maybe next time. "

"We are walkers so enjoyed accessing Gaslamp, Little Italy, Balboa Park, Ferry to Coronado all on foot. Authentic neighbourhood which we prefer. Communication with property management and owner efficient and timely. Incredibly well equipped home. Thoughtful snack awaiting us. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms excellent. Loved the city and felt very lucky to have found this home. "

"Everything was fantastic. Perfect place for four people and close to everything. The beach is visible from the patio. We took in some beautiful sunsets. Sue was great and very helpful as it related to using the laundry and opening the garage. Would stay again. Highly recommend!"

"This place was perfect for my family and 2 year old australian shepherd. The manager and owner are both awesome and answered any questions we had. We loved being able to walk to one of the restaurants in old town and taking the food back to enjoy in our cottage. Our dog was so happy to have his very own fenced backyard. We also got to walk to church to attend a beautiful Sunday mass. We’d love to stay here again and highly recommend staying here."

"The space was tight but had everything we needed the cost was fair. The location was good for exploring San Diego and then making an early trip to the airport. We had a little trouble with the lock the first time but the host was quick to answer the phone and helped to fix the problem. "

"The house is located in a great central spot close to all the great San Diego attractions. Check-in was easy once I received instructions. House was clean and it was well stocked, plenty of space for my family of 5. I didn’t have any issues. The weather was nice. I would definitely consider staying again, perhaps in the summer so we can take a swim in the pool since it was too cold this time."

"Let me just start off by saying my family & I LOVED our stay here at Brian’s home. Not only was it fully stocked but we didn’t need anything during our stay & i mean anything. Brian’s home came with everything you could think of & some more! Not to mention the backyard area that adds a big plus to this home. Brian & his Team were also very responsive & made sure all of our questions & concerns were answered. We will definitely be booking here again!"

"Very nice setup and location. Would normally rate this very high. However, the kitchen and bathroom floor were sticky. The kitchen cabinets and doors were sticky. Just gave you a bad feeling regarding cleanliness Also was allot of planes and helicopters from the airbase, relatively noisy. But that really can’t be solved by the hotel. "

"First time in a place like this! Once you stay you’ll understand. At first you walk in an alley way that feels illegal between el Chingon nightclub/restaurant and another eatery! They text you the code and you walk through a hallway with food workers and go either up some stairs or elevator and go to your room! We got the queen with own room for some extra room — it was nice and spacious (still felt crowded and dim for some reason). You can tell these were apartments at some time. The other...
