Your home away from home in Spring City with 3 bedrooms. This beautiful house is the perfect retreat for guests seeking a charming and comfortable stay. With 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The property features all the essentials you need, including a washing machine and dryer, hair dryer, AC, heating, and WiFi. The 3 bathrooms are equipped with showers for your convenience. After a day of fishing and watersports, relax in the additional living room space, which includes 1 sofa bed and 1 bunk bed or head to Terrace View Marina for lunch, dinner and live music. Experience all Watts Bar has to offer with a stay at our cozy house.

PLEASE NOTE - The Driveway is steep not not suitable for Boats and Trailers. There is a Marina nearby you can park and store your Boat/Trailer at for a small fee.

Beautiful Lake Sunsets
We loved this property. We had a pre-Thanksgiving family gathering and the house was perfect for hosting the eight of us. The view of the lake was wonderful. We want to come back during warmer weather and take advantage of the doc and fire pit.
