The communication with the manager was so impressive, from check-in, to just checking in, and follow ups throughout the process. Definitely a great home and a great experience!"

"Cozy cabin & beautiful location! Our family of 7 adults and 5 kids visited over Thanksgiving break. We had some confusion with the check-in. There are 2 gates to the neighborhood, which we did not understand from the instructions, so some of us ended up at a residents gate. You have to put in the welcome center address, then change GPS to the cabin address. There was parking for our 3 vehicles, though it was tight, so 3 larger vehicles might be an issue.The cabin was decorated for Christmas...

"Great Location! 4 Senior adults, 1 Middle age adult and 3 Teenagers. Everyone loved it. So much space and the resort amenities are awesome and walking distance from Cabin 12. We hiked, played volleyball, basketball and went to a few activities offered at the property. We will definitely stay again and have recommended to several families and friends. We LOVE this property. So welcoming from the very beginning at the Guard Gate. Don't hesitate to book it!"

"This house is perfect for large gatherings. We spent 4 nights, with anywhere from 6 to 26 friends and family (depending on which night) spending the night, with plenty of bedroom/bathroom space. Grocery delivery services are available in the area. Lots of local attractions, good view of lake, good parking, very clean, super well stocked, manager prompt if any questions. Highly recommend. "We selected your faculty because of having a hot tub convience and the inside pool as we have 3 children and inside pool was very important. The hot tub was great but when went to the pool we could not get in the door, nothing posted. I contacted management and was told that they had no control to try the door again later. "House itself was nice. Lighting in bathrooms was poor. Makeup mirrors or hand held magnifying mirrors were needed. No Kleenex in bathrooms. Black microfiber clothes were provided to remove makeup, but do a poor job. About a dozen cotton rounds in each bathroom would be preferable. Only enough coffee for a couple days in kitchen.
