"This property was great for what we needed. It’s quite a bit a ways from downtown Greenville but otherwise is an okay part of town. The house was nice and the property manager was very easy to get a hold of. However, there could be a few things that could be added such as an iron, blow dryer, etc. Also, the dishwasher was not working so a drying rack would have been great."

"First of all, Erick was extremely accommodating and very responsive. He was easy to communicate with and we absolutely loved his place! We stayed there for a month and it felt like home. Located a little over five minutes from downtown and had everything that we needed. Will stay there again!"

"Since there were 4 separate adults, this place was perfect! Each had our own bedroom with 3 full baths. We had an amazing time with the open floor plan and had several snacks around the large island. The kitchen had everything we needed for making guacamole, nightly ice cream sundaes and our morning coffee. We were centrally located to everything. Great stay!"
