"Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

"Amazing place great location off of a private road property is as advertised. Cozy two bedroom plenty of space for four adults beautiful outside deck and direct Delaware River waterfront access. Had everything we needed for cooking. Not far from the towns of Port Jervis, Milford PA. Beautiful scenic drive to Port Jervis with lookouts and lots of hiking trails and fishing opportunities right near the property"

"Our group had a blast staying at this lovely house. We should have extended the stay longer. The kids had fun kayaking, pedaling, and rowing the boat which were provided by the home owner. The adults enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the gorgeous lake. The interior of the house is very modern and cozy. When opportunity arise, I’ll like to book another weekend getaway there. "This is a neat little cozy spot near the Delaware Water Gap. My friends and I had a great time enjoying the quiet and the beautiful nature that surrounds the house. There is reliable wifi and decent cell service, and there were plenty of people around so we still felt safe. We were not accustomed to certain practices however, so be prepared.
