"Great service. The area is a little sketch, but they make you feel safe with a gated parking lot and security guards. I'm not sure there's too mamy places in Memphis that aren't a little sketch. The room was fine. The toilet was plugged and they didn't fix it after notifying them, but it was fine. I gave it 5 stars for what it is. A place to stay and sleep. If you want something fancy or a resort, then spend another $200 a night. For $82, its what you get. "

"We stayed 2 nights seperated by 2 nights at the doubletree by Hilton hotel in Columbia SC. Although the rooms were simular, the service could not have had more contrast. We were greeted by Samantha both nights we stayed at the Hyatt in Germantown. Samantha was helpful, friendly and reflected a person who was happy in their workplace. Tne doubletree people we encountered were cold and more concerned with something other than us as we checked in. My son and I made this 5 night trip to go to Augusta GA. We will do it again next year. We will be looking forward to the stay at Samantha's Hyatt. We will be looking for a Hyatt near Augusta. "
