"Loved this hotel. Was a little hesitant about it at first since I felt like it wasn’t too close to the waterfront park of pike place market. What changed my mind tho is how nice the hotel is. The room we got was really spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly as well. Loved how we still got a nice view of the city so that was a plus for us. We ended up getting some coffee on their second floor and it was pretty great. For the price that I paid and the time we were there I will definitely consider booking here in the future and recommend this hotel to anyone else visiting Seattle."

"We always stay at Citizen M when we drive up to watch the Mariners. We love the excellent customer service provided by Cheyenne (she makes a good Bailey’s & coffee) and the ones at the front desk provide excellent assistance with check-in plus additional info about locations & things to do."

She’s a true gem and a huge part of what made our stay so wonderful. The hotel itself is absolutely stunning. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed, from the grand historic details to the modern comforts. The beds? So incredibly comfortable—we slept like royalty. Even the bathroom amenities were impressive. It’s clear that every detail was chosen with care. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and such a nice touch. We also loved how close the hotel is to the light rail station, which made getting around the city super easy. Whether you’re doing a Seattle staycation like us or visiting from out of town, the location can’t be beat. You can hop on the light rail and explore the entire city with ease. One of our favorite parts? The views! Our room had an amazing view of the iconic Smith Tower and historic Pioneer Square—it felt like stepping back into Seattle’s golden era.
