"The room was nicely sized and fairly sound proof. There was a moderate amount of ambient noise that could be heard from either side of the room during the early hours of the morning and later at night, most likely as other guest got ready for the day or bed. The bathroom was fairly clean but there were some strands of really long hair left in the shower on the shower wall. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the bathroom because I don’t see how they could’ve been missed. "

"Very nice hotel with comfortable living space. Staff was welcoming. Rotating hot breakfast was nice to start the morning to explore the city. Room cleaning staff is every other day. Drop off is confusing but after knowing the routine, it is OK. If you want self parking and not alone, drive through the self parking lane on the far right but don’t enter garage but perform a u-turn to park next to main entrance. Unload luggage (luggage not allowed through casino) and have person check in to...

"Not our first time at this lovely hotel, but this stay lacked in service. When checking in, we were supposed to get 2 free drinks, which they didn't offer. I had to go back down to ask for them. No apology. Ordered room service to be delivered between 8-8:30p as that's when the person staying with me was arriving from work. The order came at 7:30p, 30 min early. Mentioned it to the front desk, no apology... but offered to reheat it if we wanted. Really? Reheat Pasta and a burger? Asked...
