"The hotel was in a GREAT location! Within walking distance of Mathew St and the Cavern Club & restaurant. It’s an old building, a little beat up, but nicely renovated. The bed wasn’t all that comfortable (sheets felt a little stiff) and the shower is tiny. I’m a 5’7” woman and could barely even turn around in it. But it worked! We had a balcony that we thought had a terrible view (looking at the building right next door) until we heard the noise later that night - the balcony was right over Mathew Street!! Looking down at the Cavern Club!! Great! ALL the staff were kind, very friendly, and helpful. They stored our bags when we went on a tour and were helpful when we returned to retrieve them. The morning breakfast in the restaurant was also wonderful. Liverpool is a FANTASTIC city!!! "

"Very happy with the stay, a great location for bars and pubs etc, there is parking , but it is restricted to 1.8meters , I just wish the site said the measurements as the vehicle I had was 1.9 so was abit annoying but did find a NCP carpark close by, I did message and try to call prior but didn’t get a response. The shower and kitchenette was superb, if I wanted to be petty then the tv remote didn’t work very well and took ages to change channels but I really wasn’t too bothered about that I would certainly stay here again if I was visiting Liverpool , it’s 5 stars from me."

"This property was in a fantastic location! Close to the Beatles statue and the Royal Albert Docks. A few restaurants close by made for easy and tasty meals during my stay. The hotel lobby was designed well too. I wish the bathrooms were a bit cleaner but really no problems with the hotel at all."
