"We really appreciated that the front desk staff tried her very best to accommodate my husbands requests: ie. Room away from ice machines and the elevator. A free breakfast was a nice treat being that they had “hot” fare food available in addition to the other standard items such as bagels and waffles. The bed was comfy as also the pillows. The only negative I would have to say was that the deadbolt would not engage. We ended up using our ice cooler on wheels as a foil for unwanted entry. ...
