"The pool was probably the highlight of the trip. It was heated and felt great to swim in. The waterpark was only open 11-5 which we didn’t get to go to because the hours didn’t work for us with our other plans so that was a bummer. Bathroom was a little tight but overall for the cost it was good!"

"Its an older property, jacuzzi in our room didn't work, also crack in showwer pan. Roo.ed smelled like cigarettes, but was very clean. Beds were comfy."

"My family and I enjoyed our stay in room 420 of the Palmetto Tower, which had three bedrooms and a nice overview. The room was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the jetted tub in the master bathroom was especially enjoyable. The only downside was when someone knocked on the door claiming to be from "pest control." I was hesitant to open the door for an unknown person, so I called the front desk. "The front desk staff were absolutely amazing! Christina went above and beyond to accommodate my family in our stay. The stay was so nice, we called and extended our reservation! Our kids loved the lazy River and the access to a yard area."
