"Some of the staff were good. Some of the staff we not so good. The towels smelled of smoke from the laundry. It seems the supplier was smoking whilst washing them and really not great The penthouse was a little dangerous as the rail up the stairs could easily fit a small child and the fall would have been 15 Ft. There was only 2 restaurants so limited choice and the food was the same every night. Quality was 3/10 We met the GM and he seemed nice and offered us a free dinner, but they messed up...

"We really enjoyed our recent stay at hacia. We were there for two weeks. The rooms are basic but very tidy, room cleaning is prompt. As there are only a few rooms the resort is quiet and relaxing. So nice to leave your room, straight onto a lounger. The pool is fantastic. Great lagoon design for kids. Balls and floaties provided. There is mini golf, petanque and badminton. The equipment is old but use able. There is a bar area but it is underutilised since the removal of coco splash. So...

"The short break was on top of a week long exchange stay A lot of disruption due to painters in the lobby/ reception/ dining area. No meals available except at nearby resort- inc breakfast No compensation for disruption Otherwise everything exellent "

"Sea view rooms with balcony are very very good - quiet and great views. Only downside - a bit of distance away from beach and central lamai road bars and restaurants - not too far though: about a ten/fifteen minute walk. I think I will stay again. "

"The couple who’s running the hotel ist pretty much the cutest! They are so nice and friendly. We even broke a key and it was not a problem. We also stayed one night longer than we booked this was also not a problem. It is in general really cute the rooms and the pool area are completely enough and it is very quiet so you can really enjoy ur vacation. We had a really nice time there and we are open to visit again! "

"Great smaller hotel. Good location. Nice pool, clean beach. Area with lots of shops and places to eat. Very nice hotel staff. Bed was a bit hard. Room could be updated. "

"Great location from the beach, and numerous pools, approx. 10 min walk to the high street with shops and many restaurants, great family rooms and nice selection for breakfast buffet. Had lunch a few times and kids eat free when there are paying adults, a nice touch. "
