"Great location for where we needed to be. Room was small compared to other hotels in the area with similar pricing. Shower faucet very very difficult to turn."

"This was a good value for the money since this is an expensive neighbourhood. It's convenient to the T (metro system) and Amtrak, which was important to me since I trained in, but you can also use the T if you fly in. It's toward the bottom of the Back Bay area, which means walking around the block to get good shopping and restaurants. You also have access to the Symphony and Art Museums by T. It's not hard to walk to the North End, but you can also get there by T. I would have liked some sort of on site breakfast, but there are a couple of good places nearby (Lucie's and Thorntons). Staff was friendly and incredibly helpful."
