"It’s a very trendy vibe and great break from the standard downtown efficiency hotel room. The room has a weird layout/furnishing for some, but the only real problem we had with it was an unpleasant chemical odor (did it come from the carpet or the air duct? We couldn’t tell.) we told someone about it when we left but didn’t hear back or anything. The windows fortunately open. It is a loud area so we closed them at night, and the soundproofing is good, slept like a baby. It is right at Fulton...

"My husband and I spent 4 nights at the Virgin hotel during our Chicago trip. We loved the way the room was decorated, the night view(Willis tower )from the room, and we appreciated daily room cleaning by the cleaning crew. We hope we can make another trip to Chicago sometime soon and stay there again. "
