« Perfectly maintained place, very friendly and best sevice you can get, owner even dropped us back to the train station in the end of the stay !!!!, confy beds and very good breakfast. Rooms a bit small and bathroom with a vintage touch. Well located to access sea, piers, pleasure beach...but the hotel part of blackpool has severely suffered from recession so closed hotels and very poorly maintained ones are part of the scene when getting around the hotel but again totally satisfied by our stay...

« Had a really nice time and the design room was amazing, really good location inbetween both piers. Staff were really nice and the bar area was great too. The room was abit noisy and you can hear the doors banging and we could hear next doors tv but it didn’t bother us, we didn’t want to leave. »

« The staff were very kind and always smiling. On entry we were offered some drinks too which was a refreshing idea! The rooms are a bit dated but we had a very comfortable stay, the heating was on at the right times so was great especially in this cold. I asked for an iron and hairdryer which the staff gave for our stay which which fantastic. Was a quiet and lovely stay, we got the sea view room too which had a lovely view. The decor wasn’t as much like shown in the pics but it was comfortable....

« The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I travel up and down the country for football, have stayed in many hotels, good, bad average, but this is by far the worst yet. The reception room/bar area was a disgrace, rubbish everywhere, food all over the floor, just a dumping ground with a leaking ceiling. That’s where we had to leave our bags as our rooms weren’t ready. After the football match we went back to check in. The rooms were nothing like advertised, not looked after, funny smell and not...
