"This home is located conveniently near the freeway, parks, shopping centers and restaurants. However, the neighborhood is still fairly quiet. The neighborhood is clean and appears to be safe. There's a neighborhood garden across the street from the home and if you're lucky, you may see a turkey or two wondering the street.
