Bougainvillea Beach House

Located on desirable Gulf Boulevard, this breezy Key West style beach house offers wide views of the beach from the private balcony. A porch swing and rocking chairs make it the perfect place to relax after beach time.  Beach access is directly across the street.

This beach house consists of two upstairs vacation units, each with a private balcony.

Inside, the house is richly finished with marble floors, granite counters, and plush, upscale furnishings.  A television is in every bedroom, as well as the den.  The kitchen is fully equipped.  The unit is equipped with a washer and dryer.  All linens are provided.

Conveniently located in the center of South Padre Island, it is walking distance to outdoor entertainment (great for teens), restaurants, and even the island grocery store.  Across the street is the shuttle stop for the FREE  Island shuttle (another teen favorite).

Four guests can sleep comfortably as shown.  Well-behaved pets are accepted with owner's approval for $75.

Provided are beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Downstairs is an outdoor shower to rinse sand after beach time.

Want to fish? Our guests receive a discount on private bay fishing in the Laguna Madre.

Situated across the street from the pedestrian beach access, the view and the sound of the surf was wonderful. The accommodations were excellent - furnishings, appliances, etc were definitely above average. The property manager is exceptional - she bent over backwards to ensure we had an ideal stay.

We really enjoyed our visit. Lynn and the Captain were great. We walked the beach daily - public access is right across the road. Loved the covered porch and being able to see the ocean a bit. Great Place to Say in South Padre Island
My family stayed a week and loved being here. The location is excellent, with easy access to the beach. The beach access is nice as it's not as crowded as some of the others with parking lots or hotels feeding the beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The property managers we very friendly and helpful, with great suggestions on what to do. We loved our stay, and we plan to repeat it the next time we return to the island.

Great place for a quiet, soothing vacation
This is a wonderful home on the second story with the owner living below. Everything is provided that you will need both in the home and on the beach, which is only a few steps away. a nice, quiet section of the beach area without a lot of traffic noise. We stayed for a week and will be back on our next vacation.
