"The location is convenient if you have to fly out of LAX. The shuttle service runs every hour so you don’t have to worry about getting to and from the airport. Depending on the time of day, the hotel can get pretty hectic, but the staff is professional and work quickly. The downside to that fast service is that the customer service suffers. When I checked in, the staff members spoke really fast, was not very warm or friendly, but had that cold professional tone/manner. "

Also I love that it its away from the Main Street where all hotels are at but yet still close to the airport. So you can avoid all traffic and chaos when checking in. "
