"Very comfortable stay in London. On arrival you are greeted by very friendly staff and the smell of the hotel was beautiful. Marlin you are missing a trick here i would happily have bought some reed diffusers if you had them on sale. Hotel is a few minute walk from Lambeth Tube Station, which gives you easy access to the whole of London. 10 minute walk to London Eye and Embankment. Sainsbury convenience store is right next door. The hotel was spotless. Room clean, warm and comfortable with every amenity that you could need, ie kettle, microwave, small hob, and all plates cutlery etc plus the complimentary L'Occitane toiletries were beautiful. Highly recommended and now our preferred choice for staying in London"

"Wonderful stay and overall staff were superb. However, the man that delivered our dinner to room 718 on sunday night after we arrived could do with a lessin in manners. He was extremly rude."

"Did not realize that the hotel opens into the river walk where you can walk to the popular areas of London easily. I wish we knew this earlier on. We very much enjoyed our room- good sized and comfortable. We also enjoyed the friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Nice modern hotel with trendy functional rooms. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. Good quality in room tea and coffee etc with fresh milk. Very quiet room with very roomy shower. High quality bath and shower gel. Only downside, we found the bed and pillows too soft. Hotel in great location for central London. Tube 5 mins away. Will definitely stay again."

"The cleanliness and staff were amazing. Location was fairly good considering how big London is. Only complaint would be was that the metro was about a 10-15 minute walk but other than that would highly highly recommend. "
