"This is my 3rd stay within the last 2 months and the reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was that this time they eliminated their complimentary room snacks and bottled water. I sent them an email to tell me what had happened before leaving a review but received no answer. I am a little disappointed as I like the location and of course, the place, which is very clean and comfortable."
