This vacation home is situated one mile from Heavenly Ski Resort, 24 hr Casinos, and the Lake. This property has everything and more to make your Tahoe experience memorable. Featuring over 2000 sq ft of living space and a very open floor plan, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms.

Relax in the outdoor hot tub, or in the master soaker bathtub for two. Entertain with ease; the downstairs features a spacious Living Room, Dining area, and large Kitchen equipped with top of the line appliances and granite countertops. All bathrooms have granite counter tops and beautiful showers/baths. There is a huge wrap around deck with views of both Heavenly and Mt. Talliac. Complete with outdoor furniture and grill. There is plenty to do from horse shoes and bocce ball outside, to pool and foosball inside.
Each bedroom is furnished with beautiful handmade log furniture to give you that wonderful Tahoe vacation feel. The entire house is heated with infloor heating to keep you nice and toasty after a hard day of skiing.

The land is over 12,000 sq ft with a fenced in backyard. The kids can play in the backyard without any worries, plenty of room to build snowmen. There is a 9-hole golf course about 1/4 mile away. You are also less than a mile from Highway 50 where you can find great shopping and restaurants.
The downstairs has a brand new 55' Smart TV, DVD player, and surround sound. The master bedroom has a new 50' Smart TV, as well as the front bedroom with bunks. We offer free wifi.

This property has all the comforts of home. You are just minutes away from Heavenly Ski Resort, Casinos, and the lake. Connolly beach is 1 mile away and you can rent kayaks, paddle boards, para sail, and more. Safeway grocery store is just blocks away. Terrific summer stay for the whole family
Mattresses are great, as well as the bedding and the towels. Lots of screened windows to open at night when it's cool. Nicely appointed bathrooms and kitchen. Amazing instant hot water and good water pressure. Comfy couches in the main room in front of the downstairs TV. Nice wrap-around deck. Not far from the lake, from Stateline; good central location.

Comfy, clean cabin & conveniently located-perfect for a large family get together
We had a wonderful time at this well maintained home. Plenty of room and a perfect layout for entertaining and the great room with the pool table was a hit for all ages. You can enjoy the quiet and serenity of the neighborhood and drive just 5 minutes away to all the fun stateline has to offer. The host was easy to work with and very responsive. We look forward to planning our next trip here during the winter time to take advantage of the close proximity to Heavenly.

Tahoe Tradition
This home is very comfortable. Plenty of room to move around. The younger adults as well as the older adults loved having the pool table. Kitchen was adequately stocked and we enjoyed cooking most of our meals here. We liked that they keep the backyard landscape natural so we could watch the cottontails, doves and other birds enjoy their breakfast in the morning. All in all it is a great home and location.

Family Style 2 Story Residence
Previously remodeled and upgraded older 2 story/2 car garage in quiet residential subdiv, close to Heavenly Valley and City. Adequately furnished and maintained. Backyard fenced but no grass. Combo kitchen, dining,rec.room,bar, and 1 bath on lower level. Pool table and equip was a big hit! Well suited for 8 to 10 guests.

Beautiful house in a great location!
We had the best time at this beautiful house! The owners were extremely responsive to all my many questions, thank you for that. The house had everything we needed, lots of room for our large family. Beds were comfortable. Some snow sleds to play with and a great tv sound system once we figured it out. Theres pool, foosball and lots of things for kids to stay busy. We lost a gold necklace and the housekeepers found it and are returning it! So awesome! Thank you, will definately come back!

Wonderful stay in Lake Tahoe
Great house and great location for a family ski getaway. This house was everything we were looking for in Lake Tahoe. It's three minutes from the California Lodge at Heavenly and close to the main strip with stores, restaurants and casinos. Perfect house for one or two families. We were 5 and had more than enough space. Furniture and beds are brand new and the radiant heated floors provide comfort throughout. Pool and foosball tables are great amenities for kids and parents. Owners Colleen and Kirk were very accommodating and responsive at a moments notice. We couldn't have asked for more. Wonderful stay. Mike and Susan Dean

Annual group ski trip
Our group of long time friends (all age 30+) had the best time at this property. It was great for our annual rotating ski trip. We weren’t expecting the futon in the photos of the bunk room to not be there, but luckily we didn’t end up needing it since we had a couple ppl cancel. If you need it you may want to confirm that it’s there. Ran out of dishwasher detergent after the first night and the Wi-Fi went out in the morning when a couple of us were trying to WFH, but Colleen was very responsive and those issues were immediately resolved. But the house was cozy, enough space for all of us, and its location close to California Lodge parking lot at Heavenly was super convenient. And the hot tub after a long day of skiing was everything!

South Lake Tahoe home
This was an excellent home that was clean and comfortable. Everything was in working order With the exception of the grill, and some trouble with Roku TV controllers. Yet overall, that was minor compared to the comfort of the house. My communication with the host was somewhat spotty, which may have been due to my own issues with messaging on the Vrbo app. I originally booked the home for six nights, but weeks prior to arrival requested to cut it down to five. While staying there, I realized it likely would be better to spend an additional night, but apparently this could not be executed, according to the host due to scheduling with the cleaning personnel, even though we offered to pay additional to reschedule the cleaning personnel, so that was somewhat of a disappointment, but I only have myself to blame for not trying to arrange that earlier. Overall, it was an excellent house to stay in.
