"Great stay! Big rooms. Excellent bed. Had a small kitchen, so you could do a quick breakfast. Nothing fancy but clean and functional. The only thing we could not figure out was the washing maschine. Could not get it to dry clothes but the shower had a rope to hang stuff the dry. Walkable from Queenstown. Just a big hill at the end. Loved the hot tub and sauna after a long day!"

"When we entered our room, in the bathroom behind the door was a used face towel and the bathroom was not clean. I went to housekeeping and tild them my concerns. The housekeeper was really nice and came to our toom to get the used face towel. I mentioned anout getting the bathroom floor washed...she said they do not wash the floors only vacuum. I found this odd and felt it isnt appropriate to not wash bathroom floors.. Otherwise everything else goid! The breakfast buffet was really nice. "

"Very convenient location, especially for less-mobile family members. Hotel had everything you need and their staff were very quick to help your every requirement if you wanted to book activities. Very safe location (you can park your car outside for free between 6pm-9am and it is very safe). Great bar with lots of activity and excellent buffet for breakfast and menu for dinner. Would definitely stay again."

"We booked one of the suites near the cemetary and loved it. The room was very comfortable and had an excellent view of Queenstown. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I only wish there was cutlery in the kitchenette - it was strange to have a kettle and toaster with no cutlery or crockery - these needed to be hired from reception."
