"I had a really bad experience. Check-in information wasn’t provided until 4:15 when it had previously been said that it would be at 3pm. When I arrived I discovered that the bed was broken- the bed frame was broken and the bed sagged to the point you could not sleep on it. "It would have helped to have a photo and clear description of the 22 pretty steep stairs -we were only told there were not a lot of stairs and there was a handrail. Handrail very important for my husband who has mobility issues. He was able to manage but I had seen a photo of the same stairs for a different listing and rejected that place because of the photo! Otherwise place pretty comfortable and manager pretty available to respond to my texts when I had questions. "
