I tried contacting the owner to go over the check in process, a man answered the number saying that he was given that number and he was sorry he couldn't help me. Concerning but I saw I could email them so I did and I got no response. I then saw other reviews from other individuals receiving poor service or no service like myself. « Was just a teaser initial trip to Key West but staying on the water was awesome! Beautiful views and great amenities. Kevin and Captain Philip were great throughout the whole process including great local recommendations! One thing to note, if you are 6’ plus, will need to watch your head and the steps downstairs require concentration. As a shorter person (barely 5’!) it all worked perfectly for me! Look forward to staying again and taking the boat out next time! »

« What an absolute disaster! I booked this boat and I called the number no less than six times could not contact with anyone. Hotels.com did try to help me they could not contact anyone. So at 6 o’clock at night I was left with no place to stay and no one contacted me. I am sitting here the next day and no one has ever reached out to me. I lost my money. Hotels.com only gave me a $25 credit. »

« The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it. »

« The boat was exactly what we wanted where we wanted it…nice secluded cove with only a few other boats around. The weather was as perfect as the sunset over the mangroves. Mark was the perfect host, giving us a quick tutorial on running the dinghy and more than enough water and ice for the night. It was one of my wife’s favorite nights that week! Thank for everything Mark - we will be sure to come back if the opportunity arises :) »

« My son and I stayed here to be near Key Largo and we had a great time. The views from the boat at night, at sunrise and sunset were amazing. The location just can't be beat. Mark as a host is bar far the most communicative host I've ever dealt with and he's taken the time to provide a lot of the items you would need when staying there.
