The paint and floors could use a little freshening up but the beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. We had an issue with the washing machine during our stay and Bryant responded quickly to get it resolved"

"This is listed as a five bedroom five bath house. Two of the bedrooms are in the basement and are Rough. I would not want to sleep down there. You have to go through unfinished areas to access and those two bedrooms are accessed by two separate exterior doors, and do not connect. It’s a nice house with plenty of room but needs a deep cleaning and bug treatment."

"Our kids and grandkids joined us, several surf so could not beat the location and convenience! View out of upstairs master room was spectacular! Drawbacks of the house are the blinds at both up and down front sliding glass windows do not work well at all/ get stuck etc. These are on the main windows looking out to the ocean. It’s a bit older house but we were happy with everything else, lots of fun was had w the kids etc!!!"

"Smooth check in. I actually thought from the listing it was beach front. Not far to walk but couldn’t see the ocean from our house. An outdoor place to rinse off the sand would have been nice. But overall very quaint. I would stay there again."
