"It was a really bad experience! The owner of the hotel is rude and aggressive. We were charged for the breakfast even though it was included. Staff cannot speak English which makes communication difficult. However, the owner is the worst and rudest of them all. We wanted to spend the afternoon on the hotel facilities after having checked out. We were nearly screamed at that we have to leave the property as we have already checked out. The hotel has not been full, nor were a lot of people inside of the hotel. It was a really uncomfortable and unprofessional situation. We will definitely never stay at this property again. "

"Kenzi Azghor Hotel in Ouarzazate was hands down our best stay in Morocco! The hotel exudes a majestic charm, perfectly blending luxury with authentic Moroccan vibes. We were also blown away by the restaurant—both the buffet dinner and breakfast were incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Our room was fantastic—spacious, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities. The bed was plush, and the bathroom was large and immaculate. "Hotel Le Fint had no record of my booking and they were full. Luckily they managed to re arrange rooms and fit me in. Why was this Expedia. A reoccurring problem of hotels not reciveing bookings from you."

"The Hotel is completely renovated or new. The rooms (I booked) a suite are excellent! The hotel is located conveniently close to the airport- we heard no noise - extremely few flights anyway. The pool is beautiful (not heated -January) The staff was very friendly and made the stay pleasant. The only thing we did not like were the pillows which were way to thick. Summary: strongly recommended "
