"Location of the hostel is very good. Walkable to the Zhangjiajie National Park entrance. Overall room wasn’t that clean. The washroom had that typical smell and I saw a few stains on the bed sheets. There are only stairs but highest floor is only 5 or 6 I think. Overall it’s just a cheap acceptably clean place to stay near Zhangjiajie National Park."

"Amazingly to my surprise to find the 5-star hotel. It is centrally located in the centre of city, very close to subway metro station,  shopping malls & restaraunts. The reception staff Mr Cheng & house-keeper Ms Lu on Level 5 were very attentive, professional & friendly to help me to check in & settle down. "Amazing doesn’t even get you half way! This is an incredible hidden gem in Guilin. Nestled in the middle of the botanical gardens, this hotel is perfect! 10 stars! The staff is warm and welcoming and incredibly friendly and helpful, even for the non-Chinese speaking guests. The staff went above and beyond at every turn.
