"Imagine get to the hotel and have to go down to the front desk 3 times before u can get to the room. First time was the key didn’t work went down there they remade the key. Went back up to the room open the door and there is ppl already in the room. I’m like what? Went back down again and they found down they gave me the wrong room. Unbelievable "
