« Lovely place for a couple and a child. Master bedroom was lovely. Water would not allow bathing but shower was ok in hall bath. The downstairs sleeping for two adults was a little difficult. Would have been nice to know upfront that the water was not potable. Nice touches with the set dining table and toiletries. View is amazing. »

« We had a fantastic winter long weekend at the house with our teenage son. This was our second time staying here. The kitchen was perfectly stocked for cooking our meals and the beds were very comfortable. We relaxed in front of the fireplace and stargazed in the hot tub. The nearby towns are full of great restaurants and bookstores. Our stay really was perfect and we can’t wait to return. »

« Everything was beyond expectations. The neighborhood was quiet. The stars were visible and a nice deck to enjoy the experience. Big back yard for the dogs to explore. The kitchen was large and well stocked. One of the best features was large windows throughout the house so you could take in stunning sunsets.We went to the Damariscotta Pumpkin Festival and it was a short drive away.The house is very classy and it has alot of interesting facts about its history.We would come back. « Situated at the end of Ocean Point, this house has fantastic views and is so close to the ocean that we could hear the rhythmic sound of the surf all night long. The house is also extremely tastefully designed throughout, making it seem much more like a dream home than a holiday cottage. Overall, it's one of the nicest places we've stayed, and we hope to be able to return for another visit. »

« Jill is great with communication. The place is perfect partially obstructed water view but great from the top loft. Quiet area away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to Boothbay and Pemaquid. Damariscotta is 15 minutes away. We would certainly recommend and return. »
