Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything from both sides of you..if people talk, the TV, etc...everything..be warned..take ear plugs.. 2. Internet barely works in your room, Cell service barely works in your room (Verizon) 3. Beds...

« This property is not for everyone. The main reason I say that is due to the layout. There are two very large bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. The kingsize beds are very comfortable. The stairway to the second floor is extremely steep with stairs that are very shallow. There is a warning sign at the base of the stairs asking folks to use the railing. It wold appear that most folks do because the railing is getting loose at the top of the stairs. What adds risk is that fact that the stair...

« Everything was great except for the electric. It definitely needs an upgrade. You couldn't run both air conditioners at the same time for very long. Forget about using a blow dryer it trips the breaker. The dock was on deep water which was awesome, however it can use an upgrade too. Overall it was a good place to stay for a weekend but maybe a little over priced for what you get. »

« This was my first time visiting Breckenridge. The property is quite large with beach access. The house is well equipped with everything you need to be comfortable. Plenty of beds. Wrap around porch and upstairs balcony. Right on the water. Very clean and well put together. 2 bathrooms. Stacy was very helpful in instructions prior to checking in. You really don’t need to bring much when visiting this property, just whatever you plan on eating or drinking. Everything else is provided. Great job! »

« The listing showed this as a basic place to stay and I understand that when I made the reservation. But I only needed overflow arrangements for sleeping and showering. The ladies staying there did not like the beds, kitchen sink or bathroom. They came over to my place to shower, and checked out of the room a day early. The location was good, and the grounds were pleasant. »

« We booked because of the location was close to Sparrow Creek Ranch Wedding venue. We were pleasantly surprised to find a large garage (game room) to set up for the decorations and such to be used for the wedding. The property was great. We had the bride staying with us for the week of then her brother came in and spent the weekend with us. Since our family is from the North. It was so awesome to have our small family all in one place and 5 minutes from the venue. The beds were so comfortable....

« House was great! Road to get to the house is a little rough. We love PK lake. Only negative was trying to get the code to the house. Didn’t receive it until we drove around so we could find cell phone service and paid extra for my retired service dog. I have never had anyone make that a process before giving me a code. »
