"Customer service was very personal, arrived to some rice crackers and personalised note written on the table. Offers daily refreshments of towels and bed cleaning. The facilities and rooms were spotless, I'm thoroughly impressed and happy to have chosen this place to stay at! Easy access to public transport as well, as bus stop is just around the corner of the motel. "

"A modern, efficient airport hotel. Only criticism is that written instructions provided for locating shuttle bus terminus after exiting the airport building are very confusing and must be outdated. Simple instructions would be: “Follow signage for’Off-site Shuttle buses’ and wait at the terminus for arrival of a bus with JetPark markings”."

"IBIS was perfect for our needs. Even though the room is compact they manage to provide all that you need for a comfortable nights stay. Even a hairdryer which i didnt expect. Lovely community area where you can make a coffee, some toast perhaps or eat a meal that you have provided. Some parking available right outside. Nice Restaurant next door and a shopping centre across the road. Shuttle bus available for a small cost to take you to the airport or bring you to the Hotel. Top marks from me."
