"The staff as a whole were very welcoming and accomodating. The hotel itself is beautiful, extremely clean, had eco friendly sustainable initiatives in place, and location wise, was a 15 minute walk to Sorrento downtown (we thought that was convenient). We didnt have any issues with the wifi or the high tech lighting. If we could, we would definitely return for another stay. "

There are some areas that could use some attention - tissues and wash cloths should be provided, bed comforters should be better laundered, cob webs in the corners of the room, dining room lighting should be dimmed at night... "Very clean and roomy. Older, but has been well kept up. Breakfast was plentiful with both Italian and American options. Conveniently located with a quick walk to the Piazza. Lovely courtyard to relax and enjoy. Blanket on bed was too lightweight for room temperature. We didn’t request additional bedding. They didn’t allow any food or drink brought in. Not even bottled water."
