Loved this property! I was arriving late in the evening and they helped me set up a check-in that was seamless. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely—with eggs and omelettes made to order. The hotel is also right in Sorrento Center so everything is easily walkable— but I never heard the noise from outside.

Palazzo Martinelli was wonderful! We stayed for 4 nights and it was excellent. Amazing staff and delicious breakfast every morning on the rooftop terrace. The hotel was quaint but very modern and beautifully appointed. Our room was large with a beautiful terrace.

The check-in went seamless. The staff is pretty incredible. They cater to any and all of your needs. The breakfast on the patio exceeded our expectations. Laura was a kind and gracious hostess who above and beyond to accommodate us. Plenty of shopping and restaurants right outside our door. Couldn’t have picked a better location. Definitely a five star experience

The hotel and staff exceeded my expectations. These rooms were large and clean with all of the amenities. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They put on a beautiful breakfast each morning on the terrace. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect. The moment we walked through the door staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was fantastic great size with a super king bed and all the mod cons. Perfect location to restaurants, transport, shopping and beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow! Eine absolut tolle Unterkunft im Herzen von Sorrento. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Bahnhof, den man per Bus Shuttle vom Flughafen Neapel erreicht. Außerdem sind Geschäfte und Einkaufsstraße in wenigen Metern erreichbar. Trotz dieser Nähe eine sehr ruhige Lage des Hotels. Sobald man den Eingang durch den steinernen Tunnel betritt fühlt man sich gut aufgehoben. Bei Check in und vor allem beim Frühstück bekommt man die pure Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen zu spüren. Danke für die tolle Zeit in Sorrento.

De todo nuestro recorrido por Italia definitivamente este fue el mejor hotel. Se quedan cortas las palabras para describir lo que fue hospedarnos ahí el servicio es de primer nivel, la ubicación privilegiada, las habitaciones son cómodas, amplias con un diseño exquisito, el desayuno muy rico! esta INCREÍBLE toda la propiedad y lo mejor sin duda fueron Laura y Katia son magníficas! Gracias por ser el mejor hospedaje del mundo!

Es steht zwar Parkplatz verfügbar, jedoch kostet es 20 Euro / Tag und ist ca. 10 Minuten entfernt. Sie haben Parkplatz für vier Autos in einer Tiefgarage gemietet, jedoch können nur zwei Autos parkieren, viel zu eng und Einfahrt erschwert. Frühstück Büffe ist ziemlich klein.

Modern and stylish decoration. Very clean and spacious room. The staff are really friendly. Our room is just next to the rooftop restaurant so it was a bit noisy in the morning as they started to prepare the breakfast around 7:15 am. However it did not really affected us since we are early risers. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes walk to the train / bus station, and 10 minutes to the port. Highly recommended!
