For me as a Brit the only fault would be not having real milk for my tea/coffee as creamer doesnt really do the trick for me. "Lovely hotel on the water front about 7 minutes easy walk from Central Station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beautiful breakfast buffet and spacious lounge spaces to sit at any time with free coffee. Nice places to walk from hotel along the water and into the old town. The only thing we did not like so much was very soft bed with no real support for our backs. This is personal preference for us not that the beds were bad."
