"Everything was as advertised…perfect. Beautiful home in a quiet part of Sea Ranch. Home has a spectacular location, secluded on the ocean cliff, with views to match. The house was spotless and extremely well stocked. Brian was a gracious host and easily reachable. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to just chill out for a few days…or take advantage, as we did, of the many hiking trails in and around Sea Ranch as well as spending a day enjoying Healdsburg."

"We go to the Russian River a lot and this would be one of the best places that we have stayed at. The location could not be better and the space provided fit our family perfectly. The highlight I would have say was the rope swing that was across the river on the other side."

"Enjoyed our stay near the Russian River, with lots to do nearby and in surrounding areas. Location is private. We enjoyed seeing the fox, deer, and bluejays, as well as just sitting by the fire, looking at the night sky. We also took advantage of relaxing in the hot tub. "Loved sitting on the deck, which is right over the water, watching all the wildlife in and around the water. We felt very at home the minute we walked in. It's minutes from so many beaches and places to explore. Steve and Krista are wonderful host and are always available if you have questions. As many have said the driveway is a little tricky to maneuver but if you follow the instructions exactly as worded you will have no problem. Would definitely stay again! "

"Better than advertised! The pictures were accurate, but it was better in person! A quiet location with beautiful, massive, trees and the hot tub was awesome on the cool mornngs! Was initially concerned about no AC, but it was very comfortable and there were ample portable fans, if needed. Nice drive to the coast. Lots of restaurant options and wineries nearby. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We had the best time. Super clean house. Spacious. Right on the vineyard! Easy ubers to restaurants and wineries in the area. Beautiful walking paths. The only thing I would mention is that we didn't think about the house being on a working winery during harvest. The winery staff was very accommodating and there were no issues. We will be going back!"
