"At least we had a place to stay during busy holiday season. We changed to this hotel after reading reviews about the first hotel i booked. Upon check in, i was not already assigned a room, when the front desk clerk gave me a key, i went to the room and it was trashed, table upside down, dirty dishes, unmade bed. The staff at this hotel werr rude, never smiled and i was at one point by the evening front desk person, after reporting water in the elevator that finding the issue was not in her...

"We were in town for a family funeral. We needed a dog friendly hotel and this hotel was close to the funeral home and dog friendly. We found check in easy and quick, the room to be clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was there was no conditioner in the shower and the TV in the living room didn't work but we were able to watch the one in the bedroom."
