"Overall the condo works well for 2 couples. It needs some work: master bathroom door drags on the floor, front lock does not operate smoothly, ice maker didn’t work, but we appreciated the ice cube trays to make ice. It was disappointing not to have central heat with the foggy cold mornings. But we were told this by the owner. Portable heaters were provided. It was nice to be close to the ocean and many services!"

"We enjoyed our stay in this condo. We were warmly welcomed by Mariam. The condo is nicely decorated, very well equipped for an extended stay, and has lots of comfortable seating for hanging out. There is a grill, so we could cook dinner inside or out. The location is great. Lots of restaurants and a shopping street for browsing within walking distance. The beach is just down the stairs, and there are benches in the condo complex overlooking the bluff for lovely sunset views. "

"We were very disappointed with the state of the rental when we arrived. My daughter cleaned the floors and vacuumed the carpet and filled the bin on the vacuum. The carpet is in need of a shampoo as well. She wiped down walls that were very dirty and in need of fresh paint. The bedding and towels were worn with some stains. I feel for the money we shouldn’t have to clean first and things should be in better shape. "
