"this Taj Chandigarh property needs to get an upgrade to its rooms and bathrooms. Also, there should be a loyalty programme as other hotels have which give us additional benfots for coming back again. We get none."

"Excellent choice of hotel for stay at Shimla. Though The Family Room was a bit small for a party of three adults, it was adequate for our needs. The breakfast choice and selection was plentiful and staff went beyond to cater for our needs and made our stay enjoyable. Dinner at hotel was one of the best. Food was absolutely delicious. I would definitely stay here again for our next visit. "

The restaurant offered a wide variety of foods for breakfast. The restaurant offered a excellent setting to enjoy breakfast. Arachana in the restaurant was very pleasant and accomomoding. The checkout process was great and the area offered uber services of which we availed the service to the local airport. Overall would highly recommend staying here and would be more then pleased to stay here again. "
