"My stay at the Diplomat was lovely. It is an elegant hotel in a beautiful, historic building. The charm of the water across the street and being able to easily walk to the tram or subway near was super convenient. My room was well appointed with nice linens and a comfortable bed. Great water pressure in the shower too! I ate at the downstairs restaurant twice, both times exactly what I needed with good food and attentive service. "The travel links are great, with easy tram, bus or ferry access to city center and Gamlastan. The rooms are beautiful, and the staff was very thoughtful when giving us two connecting rooms, so we could be close to my elderly parents. Splendid breakfast. The staff at the restaurant was so welcoming and one of the staff members who stood out is Magaly. "I had a wonderful stay here! The location is well-connected for traveling by bus and metro or exploring the city on foot. The staff was excellent, and other guests were kind, too. The room was compact and complete, and street noise was minimal, even on New Year’s Eve. I hope to return one day!"

"The location was fantastic, very close to the train station. 5 minute walk to the touristy part which was great. Our bathroom flooded on the second day. Went to the front desk and explained, within a matter of minutes we were moved. Clean hotel and easy check in and check out process. Thank you "
