Made the reservation for 2 nights on Expedia. Looked for a pet friendly place, we had dog. When I was checking in, I let them know we had a dog. She then said there was a "$100 non-refundable deposit" for the pet. If its non-refundable, its not a deposit, it is a fee, call it what it is. She said that because we made the reservation through a 3rd party.
Should take my $100 "non- refundable deposit" and clean the stains in the carpets in the room (not from us).

We rented a 2 bedroom cabin for our annual sister trip. The young lady at check in was pleasant and answered all our questions. Right after checking in we were given area maps and coupons to use in the area. It is a short drive from plenty to do including Dollywood which was our main itinerary item. The cabin was cute. Parking was right out front. The kitchen had all you would need to cook a meal. Free coffee was provided. There was even a blender on the counter and a dishwasher! The bedrooms were large with plenty of storage. Beds were comfortable. One bedroom is on the top floor with the kitchen/living area and a bathroom. The other bedroom is downstairs and has a private bathroom with a jetted tub and a washer/dryer. There are two porches with chairs and tables. The only minor negative we noticed was there was some dust buildup and a couple bugs got in somehow, but it is a cabin in the mountains so this was really a non-issue for us. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to return with the whole family to stay here again.
