"Spent the weekend for celebrating my wife’s birthday. Right from check-in, the service was excellent. I had booked a Crosby suite (didn’t know it was one at the time of booking) and got a room on 5th floor. Mel and Semaya asked me to check with the host next morning and I was able to upgrade to a queen suite on 20th floor. The view was amazing and it made our family getaway special! The location of the hotel is great with easy access to subway and lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby....

"Great location, close to lots of metro stops. Clean and tidy. Anytime I needed a restroom it was only about 15 minutes away from anywhere in Manhattan. The staff is nice and it’s not loud at night."

"Everyone at the hotel was super friendly and helpful, and it was nice that they left us some snacks and a welcome. The hotel was very cute and clean. The rooms are small, but the queen room was totally functional and roomy enough for two people. Would have been nice to have a small mini fridge. The complementary breakfast was a great bonus, and location was perfect. Could hear music until 10 pm when the wine bar is open, but after that it was perfectly quiet - couldn’t hear any street noise....
