Ski in /out light-filled Aspenwood condo with outdoor deck

Beautiful architect-owner designed interior. One bedroom, ground floor, south-facing condo with a well-equipped kitchen and an outdoor deck. Walk to Snowmass Mall for eating, shopping, and to catch the free gondola to Base Village. It sleeps four people: two in a queen bed in bedroom, and two in sofa bed in living room. It has a communal heated swimming pool, two hot pools, and an exercise room with a sauna. Half a block from the ski slope. Many beautiful hiking trails and mountain biking trails start right across the street.
Please email me for less nights than the minimum, the nightly rate is higher, but I do accept less nights. Calendar is up-to-date, please go ahead and book. STR permit #041238.

Amazing Condo In Snowmass
Spent an excellent 4 nights with my wife and two small children. Spacious nicely appointed condo steps from the hot tub & pool. Two minute walk to upper village and adjacent to the slopes.

Perfect Ski In/Out spot
Everything we needed for a ski in/out vacation! Location is right by the slopes, next to the hottubs, and right above the snowmass mall area for food/shopping. Unit was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We’ll look for this unit again next time we’re in Aspen/Snowmass

Spent a week skiing at Snowmass . The location and amenities at the property were great . ! Was able to easily communicate with owner and she kept checking in to see if things were good . Nice condo. Less than 3 minute walk to the slopes (in ski boots). Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable mattress. Hot tubs (two), pool, fitness room (small) and sauna only a few steps away.

Great location and condo!
Location was perfect. We really liked being on the ground floor (we would watch people carry skis up two flights of stairs above us everyday and we were so glad we didn’t have to do that!). You can see the hot tub from the window of the apartment. It is super close. The ski hill is also ridiculously close and we walked to it every day. Great fireplace. Comfortable beds - even the pullout couch was comfortable. Owner was great to deal with and very prompt in responding to any questions. We plan to rent this same condo again in the future!

One bedroom condo on slope.
Needs some repair in the bathroom...bath water handle was nearly falling off and hope the next person doesn't have a problem. Range/oven is ancient and not sure the oven worked. Pots/pans need replacing. Still, things worked and no significant issues. Great location - right on the slope. You might try looking for something at same price that has been updated.

Nice property, great location.
We stayed for a week at this 1 bedroom condo in Snowmass. It is a great location. A short walk to and from the slopes and the Snowmass mall. It is also an easy bus ride to the other slopes and the town of Aspen. It is simply decorated but clean and functional. First sleeper sofa that we found comfortable enough to sleep on. My daughter slept on it all week and said it was fine. We had four people (myself and my wife with my two grown kids) the first 3 days and that was kind of crowded. Better suited for 2-3 adults. Sofia did a great job working with us and was very responsive with any questions. Only issue all week was the oven, which is pretty dated and in need of repair. Overall, we would definitely stay there again.

Great location!
Great location about a 100 yard walk to Fanny Hill slope & Village Expresslift. Great hot tub steps from door and heated outdoor pool next to it. Only two levels of steps down down to bus pickup and Snowmass village mall. Paper products apparently not provided and had 1/2 box Kleenex & <1 roll of toliet paper for 6 days/4 people. No TP or paper towels sold anywhere at Snowmass village mall so required a trip to a store. Had brought food with us but didn't expect lack of paper products. The kitchen is very small but does have full refridge and has all needed appliances - no coffee or creamer & only a few spices supplied however. The bathroom sink was clogged on arrival (late evening) so called 1st thing next am 12/31 & told it was a "holiday" so no repair - told use kitchen sink or go buy draino (none of that sold locally either) and didn't come to fix until 1/3 so only kitchen sink to use for 4 people for 4 days of a 6 day stay! The fireplace knob to turn on fireplace would not turn despite repeated attempts so no fireplace use. Plenty of towels provided & a few small sample size shampoo/lotion provided. The unit is small and 4 was definitely the limit which the owner did clarify this. Overall cozy, comfortable, and convenient except for sink issue which was eventually fixed.

Very nice place
This is a great little apartment in a great ski in and out location. It was very clean and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and overall cozy! The TV and internet did not work while we were there, so I only gave 4 stars, but if that had been up, would have been a 5 for sure. Hostess was very nice, but a little slow to respond.

Wonderful Condo in Snowmass
My husband, two sons, 5 & 8, and I had such a great time in Snowmass at this condo! We loved this location because we were right by the restaurants, shops and lifts at Snowmass Mall. We enjoyed Aspenwood. The hot tub right out our door was so nice. Parking was easy and being on the first floor made loading/unloading a breeze. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Great spot in Snowmass Village by mall
This was a great spot to stay! The location is walking distance to the mall. The home is tastefully designed and was the perfect size for me. The patio is spacious, but I did not go out there since it was so cold out. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors talking, moving around, throwing a party, or doing construction. Aside from the occasional noise, everything else was great.
