"We absolutely loved our stay...just one negative...the beds were very uncomfortable. When sitting on them, it sounded like they were going to break. We could feel the springs in our back and we sank to the middle. Rolling over was very loud. The mattresses need to be replaced quickly. We were there for a Select Softball Tournament for my daughter. She has mild scoliosis but usually has no problems with hotel stays. Her back and sides were hurting after sleeping on these beds. "We really enjoyed our stay at Lakeview Cabin. The lot was spacious, and it was an easy walk to the lake. The house was well stocked and clean. There was an abundance of games in the lower level with plenty of oudoor seating. Kristen responded quickly to questions prior to our arrival-easy communication. We will be back!!"

"Owner was easy to communicate with, the property was beautiful and set away from it all; but still 15-20 minutes from downtown Brenham. Kids were able to roam, check out the livestock, fish, and relax at the pool. Plenty of room to grill and cook, all while relaxing at the end of baseball tournament games. Will definitely be making a returning booking."

"This place was incredible! We stayed there for only one night but wish we had booked it for more! The outdoor shower, hot tub, snack basket, breakfast, and everything else was amazing. The owners have an eye for detail. The lights were on with music when we arrived. We enjoyed everything they had to offer including our morning coffee on the back porch with chickens roaming around. We even saw multiple deer the night before. I highly recommend this romantic getaway place!"

"Perfect size for us 4 ladies on a weekend getaway. We shopped in Burton and Round Rock, went to the lake, and sat by the fire pit at night. Easy access, great communication and very clean. "

We enjoyed the pool each evening & it was very relaxing. Darrell Sr & Jr were super friendly & helpful with the ins & outs of the property, and Darrell Sr showed us around the property. We were just there for a weekend getaway, but it’s a great place for a family reunion or wedding. "
