He was amazing and even transferred my stay to another lovely hotel and drove me there. The Origin hotel may not be ready yet, but if he's still there when it is, I have no doubt it'll be amazing to stay at."

The check-in/out system was not functioning so my request for a partial refund was impossible. The room was small. No refrigerator in room or ice that could be found. Everything was new but it did not meet my needs or expectations."
